Angostura Float

An Angostura Float is a dash or several dashes of Angostura Bitters added to the top of a finished cocktail, allowing the aromatic and bitter notes to sit on the surface and slowly meld with the drink. This technique enhances the aroma and adds a complex layer of spice and bitterness to each sip.
