Diet Tonic

Diet Tonic is a sugar-free carbonated mixer used to provide a characteristic bitterness from quinine without the calories of standard tonic water. It provides a crisp, effervescent mouthfeel and a dry, metallic finish that highlights the botanicals of the base spirit.
