Makrut Lime

Makrut Lime, also known as Kaffir lime, is most often used for its leaves which have a unique citrus aroma and flavor distinct from standard limes. The leaves themselves are commonly used to infuse cocktails but the juice can also be used though it is more tart and acidic.
