Rosa’s Lime Cordial

Lime Cordial is a sweetened lime juice concentrate used to provide both acidity and a concentrated citrus sweetness to cocktails. It is most famously used in a classic Gimlet to offer a more preserved, tangy flavor profile than fresh lime juice alone.
