Butterfly Peaflower Gin

Butterfly Peaflower Gin is a botanical spirit infused with Clitoria ternatea flowers, which provide a deep indigo hue that shifts to pink or purple when mixed with acid. It provides the classic botanical profile of juniper and citrus to a cocktail along with a dramatic, naturally occurring color change effect.
