Overproof Rum Blend

An Overproof Rum Blend is a mixture of different rums, often selected for their higher proof and distinct flavor profiles, used to add complexity and a boozy kick to cocktails. The specific flavor profile can vary widely depending on the rums used in the blend but typically offer a balance of sweet and spicy notes.
