Culantro

Culantro, sometimes called Recado, is a leafy green herb with a strong aroma and flavor similar to cilantro but more pungent. It is often used in Caribbean and Southeast Asian cocktails to add a savory, herbal note and can be muddled, added as a garnish, or infused into syrups.
